How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. For delicate or oversized lighting fixtures, processing may take an additional 2 days to ensure secure packaging.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
Most of our lamps and pendants do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the specific color temperature and brightness that fits your space.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, all products come with a comprehensive installation guide. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
Are your products compatible with smart home systems?
Yes, our lamps are compatible with smart bulbs and smart plugs. For dimmable fixtures, ensure you are using a compatible dimmable LED bulb and switch for optimal performance.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a free replacement.
