Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the lamp in its original internal padding and box to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.

  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
